Ms Kudbiue is a Senior Manager at a major … firm. When Ms Kudbiue came to us, she lacked confidence. Deep down she believed that she could do her job, but even after a year, she still struggled everyday.
Through Management Coaching, Ms Kudbiue came to realize the impact her lack of confidence had on her team. We also identified an unseen source of the problem - she wasn’t getting the direction or support she needed from her boss - so she waffled. She knew it and her team knew it, which made her even more uncomfortable managing and directing her direct reports.
